This is everything I use and highly recommend if you are a Notary Public Loan Signing Agent.
You can use these plastic envelopes to give to your signers at your closing appointment. This will better protect their copies of the important loan documents.
It shows that you care and go the little extra mile to make sure you take care of your business and clients.
These come in legal size and letter size.
I give the signer copies in letter size.
I print the clients' docs in whatever size the PDF is.
This is an AWESOME mobile friendly scanner! And by mobile, I mean you can adapt this to your laptop via USB and do scan backs in your car right after the signing appointment. This will help get repeat business with loan officers, lenders, escrow and signing services.
Everyone loves prompt business!
You do not need a dual-tray printer to be able to print loan documents. You can buy a single-tray monochrome printer like this one by BROTHER.
Use the PDF sorter from https://www.notaryrotary.com/mc/pdfsorter.asp
This is the scanner I have for my home office. It is fast and I love it! It scans legal AND letter. Make sure the scanner you purchase has the option to scan legal size paper.
Look at how many pages it scans per min.
You can search for different Notary Journals, but this one is great for Loan Signing Agents because it has different loan documents, you just check off the docs you notarized and the signer only signs once in your journal instead of each time per doc like other journals are formatted.
You will need a bag big enough to hold legal size documents. This is one I recommend, but if you already have a bag, brief case or bag big enough to hold 14-inch-long documents without folding them, use it.
Do not lick your fingers when moving through the documents. You do not want to smudge these important documents!
Use these Sort Kwik moist finger pads when sorting through loan docs.
Take one with you in your Notary Bag to use at the signing table.
You can use the "SIGN HERE" tabs or these Arrow Flags to point out the signature spots for signers.
This will greatly help signers and yourself when you are at the signing appointment.
